- Add Food: Click the “Add Food” button to log the item. The entry will appear in the list, and the total calories will update automatically.
- Track Multiple Items: Repeat steps 1–3 for every food item you eat throughout the day.
- Reset Tracker: Click “Reset Tracker” to clear all entries and start a new tracking session.
- Review Total Calories: The total calorie count at the bottom updates in real-time, helping you stay within your daily calorie goal.
