What is Project Priority Analyzer?
The Project Priority Analyzer is a tool that helps you decide which project should be worked on first. It compares how urgent the deadline is and how important the project is, and then gives you a clear priority level so you can organize your work more efficiently.
How to Use:
- Enter Deadline Urgency (1–10): Rate how soon the project needs to be completed (1 = not urgent, 10 = extremely urgent).
- Enter Project Importance (1–10): Rate how valuable or impactful the project is (1 = low importance, 10 = very important).
- Click “Analyze Priority”: The tool will calculate a priority score and tell you whether the project is High, Medium, or Low priority.
